Terms and Conditions of Use

Welcome to CashFox, an Android application ("App") owned and operated by Creatix Venture ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the CashFox App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

Acceptance of Terms

• By using the CashFox App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any other policies or guidelines provided by the Company.
• These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the CashFox App. If you are accessing or using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

License to Use

• The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the CashFox App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
• You agree not to modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the App or any part thereof.
• The Company may update, modify, or discontinue the App or any features or functionality of the App at any time without prior notice.

User Accounts

• In order to use certain features of the App, you may be required to create a user account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the App. If you are under the age of 18, you represent that you have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the App.

User Content

• The CashFox App allows you to upload, submit, store, send, or receive user-generated content.
• You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in the user-generated content you submit through the App.
• By submitting user-generated content, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the user-generated content in connection with the operation of the App.
• You are solely responsible for any user-generated content you submit, and you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

Prohibited Conduct

When using the CashFox App, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations;
• Infringe upon the rights of others or violate their privacy
• Use the App to distribute, transmit, or store any malicious software, viruses, or any other harmful computer code
• Interfere with or disrupt the App, servers, or networks connected to the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, user accounts, or any other computer system or network
• Use the App for any fraudulent or illegal activities
• Engage in any activity that could damage the reputation of the Company or the App

Intellectual Property Rights

• The CashFox App, including its design, text, graphics, icons, and all other content, is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
• You agree not to use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any portion of the App without the Company's prior written consent.

Aimers & Limitation of Liability

• The CashFox App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the App.
• The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.

Nification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold the Company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the CashFox App or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of A - 24, GALI NO. 4 , MOHAN PARK, WEST GURU ANGAD.
• Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the CashFox App shall be exclusively brought in the courts located in NAGAR, East Delhi, Delhi, 110092, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Modifications to the Terms

• The Company reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time in its sole discretion.
• Updated versions of the Terms will be posted on the App with the updated "Effective Date."
• Your continued use of the CashFox App after the posting of any modifications to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of such modifications.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company concerning your use of the CashFox App and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and understandings, whether oral or written.
